Reblade kit includes Routed 4lb Microcell Base Layer Foam, 2lb Volara Striking Surface Foam, Ensolite Stabby Tip to Re-Blade your sword
This listing is for the prepped foam materials to reblade a Gorgtech sword. The 4lb microcell is routed to fit the core of the sword was originally built on. For example the 3/8″ Square fiberglass is routed with a square bit but the Black Market Kitespar and Secret Sword are routed with a round bit. Each kit is the same material we would use to build your flat sword. It is up to the re-blader to make sure the old cover still fits. We cannot guarantee that your reconstruction will pass the weapon’s check.
