SIZE RECOMMENDATIONS
Need more coverage than our traditional 27″ shield? The 30″ and 32″ wide xl round shields are the best!  We can offer a 36″ shield but do not recommend it because it can be unruly and may warp also. 36″ Strap only shields are not available because the punch handle is needed to create stability for the huge cut of foam. The punch and low strap combo is a versatile alternative to an xl strap only 36″ shield. A punch/center combo is not possible for safety reasons.

Dagorhir max shield width is <=36″.
Darkon Shields must be <=36″ in all directions.
Amtgard considers a 30″ Round a Medium Shield but a 32″ & 36″ Rounds are Large Shields.

This is the 5th Shield I have purchased over the past 5 years All are still in great shape this is one of my favorites so far I am 6ft 2 and about 250 pounds it perfectly covers my blind spots very fun to use and light, I highly recommend any of Gorgs shields and weapons, I have looked at other vendors who make weapons and none compare to Gorgs quality.
