About the Options:

• A set of 1 is 1 new belt flag with a new design.
• An additional belt flag does not include the initial design fee.  If you want 2 matching belt flags, please order 1x “set of 1” and 1x “additional belt flag”.
• A set of 3 or a set of 15 are matching identical belt flags.  These options are formatted with the following things in mind:  The customer should only pay 1 design fee per design.  When ordering printed fabric, we can get 3 out of a fat quarter and 15 out of a yard.  Shipping is also reduced when buying a larger set.
• It is $5 to add personalization to each belt flag.  If you are ordering a set of 3 with a matching team logo but unique fighter names, then please order 1x “set of 3” and 3x “add personalization”.  This way you only pay 1 design fee, but 3x personalization fees.  It will also help make sure each personalization is spelled correctly.

Standard Sizing:

• Finished Flag Size = 6″ wide x 13″ tall
• Maximum Image Resolution = 4″ wide x 9″ tall
• Belt Flag fits a 2″ Wide Leather Belt
• Standard Pocket Size is 5″ x 5″ (optional)

What we can offer you:

• The first custom flag is $65. This includes original design and production.
• Set of 3 matching flags costs $38 each ($115 total)
• Set of 14 matching flags costs $26 each ($350 total)
• Additional flags are $30 each.
• Personalized text on each flag is a $5 upgrade per flag

What we need from you:

• Please attach a jpeg image.
• Please attach an image.  We will review it together and discuss pricing after the design is made
• How many do you want?
• What are the primary colors and where you want them?
• Text yes or no? Are they all the same or does each one has a different name?

Processing Time:

• Standard Processing time is 6-8 weeks.
• Within 2 weeks of ordering, expect a DESIGN PROOF via email.  If facebook is better, please include that info in your order notes.
• We will NOT print your design without your approval.  Please check email regularly to avoid DELAYS.
• It takes another 2 weeks to have your custom printed fabric actually made.
• Once your image is approved and printed, we need another 2 weeks to cut and sew it with precision.

Event Tournament Belt Flags Require:

• Official Name of The Event with year or number
• Official Name of the Tournament Categories to be Printed on the Flag
• Number of Flags per Tournament Category
• Number of Total Flags Needed
• Date needed by
• Link to Event Page on Facebook
• Official point of contact in charge of tournaments (phone number and facebook name are preferred)
• Expect contact within 2 weeks of purchase to discuss options and details.
